Establishment of a partnership between Canadian Industries Limited (C-I-L) and Les engrais Harbec, co-owned by Gérard Harbec.

C-I-L buys back Les engrais Harbec.
1983
C-I-L sells 50% of its assets to co-owners to become an Agrocentre franchise.
1988
Following the merger with "Les Produits chimiques Dupont" and the development of the southeastern region of the Richelieu Valley, Agrocentre Farnham builds a distribution centre to support and manage its operations in the region at Stanbridge Station.
1989
La Coop fédérée (then known as Coopérative fédérée de Québec) purchases C-I-L's share.
2011
Jean-François Lemoine, an agronomist, and son of Raymond Lemoine, P.T., the current company, becomes a shareholder and vice-president.
2013
Entreprises McPell Inc is acquired in November 2013, reinforcing Agrocentre Farnham’s participation in the grain trade in its service area.
2015
Heather Realffe acquires a portion of the shares of the Agrocentre and becomes a partner in the company.
